Commit [r2353] Maximize Restore History

Fix for FM-1400 (http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FM-1400): Buffering overlay always displayed on iOS in AIR applications. Modified the NetStreamBufferTrait to close the buffering on specific cases (no bytesLoaded available and hardware acceleration present).
