Clean-up for sample applications
- update project to compile with the version of flash player required by the framework

fix bug FM-1112

Convert all project files from FB3 format to FB4 format. Flash Builder 4 is now the default supported IDE for OSMF. Prior to this submission, FB3 was the default supported IDE. FB3-compatible project files can be retrieved from SVN's history, or regenerated by FB3. Also eliminated some compiler warnings that show up under FB4's compiler.

Fix FM-899: Compile errors in VPAID, VASTNew, and MASTNew sample apps.

Initial check-in of VAST2 and VPAID sample libraries. Note that the previous implementation of VAST (and MAST) remains untouched, with the VAST2/VPAID-enabled implementations being added side-by-side with a "New" suffix. In the long term, we plan to merge the duplicate libraries/plugins.
