Clean-up HelloWorld samples.

Removing dependency on OSMFTest source code ( we migrated to FlexUnit 4 and not all test application were migrated).

Removing dependency on OSMFTest source classes. ( we migrated to Flex4 but not all test application were also migrated )
Updating project to build with the flash player version required by the framework.

- update required flash player version
- added missing files ( we migrated to FlexUnit4 and some tests are still using old flexUnit)

Make StrobeUnit build with the framework flash player version.

Fix NetMockerTest project.
- added missing file TestLoaderBase.as
- reflect the new structure of OSMFTest

Updated OSMF
- now all OSMF classes will be included while creating the swc
- removed layout logging (temporary - it will be added back once we'll make it more useful)

[OSMFTest] Removed derived resources from repository.

Update OSMFTests
- remove unused files and folders
- removed checked binaries

Remove pre-compiled binaries from svn.
