Make StrobeUnit build with the framework flash player version.

Fix NetMockerTest project.
- added missing file TestLoaderBase.as
- reflect the new structure of OSMFTest

Updated OSMF
- now all OSMF classes will be included while creating the swc
- removed layout logging (temporary - it will be added back once we'll make it more useful)

[OSMFTest] Removed derived resources from repository.

Update OSMFTests
- remove unused files and folders
- removed checked binaries

Remove pre-compiled binaries from svn.

Temporary cleanup of OSMF associated tests projects.
The test cases will be added back in the future.

Partial fix for FM-1387 ( http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FM-1387 )
- we'll use RESET_BEGIN action when transitioning only when with an LBA resources

Created OSMF 1.6 Release Candidate 6

- Added ALERNATIVE_AUDIO to ALL_TYPES vector.
- Added more logging in HTTPStreamingF4FIndexFile to trace the moment when a bootstrap becomes complete (signaling the end of live stream) or when the bootstrap is loaded directly from the stream file
- Modified the update criterias for bootstrap information ( the bootstrap version and time must be higher than the previous version)
