Fix for ST-429 (https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/ST-429)
- when the stream starts, the HTTPStreamSource will try to sync the stream name and quality levels

- changed the HTTPNetStream to use legacy source when dealing with legacy streams
- add hdsBytesReadingLimit as a property in OSMFSettings controlling how much data a file hander should read from a stream

- the enhanced seek feature skipped audio tags in enhanced seek mode

- added refactored OSMF unit tests

- renamed OSMFTest to OSMFTestOld

Fix for FM-1374 ( http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FM-1374 ).
- if any of the x,y, width, height properties is NaN, it will be reset to 0.
