- alternateIgnored and filter flags are reset on every seek

Updated OSMF Integration tests to fix some minor issues:
- some of them were using obsolete assets
- some were working under the assumption that onReady is dispatched only once per test

Fix for FM-1317 (http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FM-1317)
- HTTPNetStream will listen for protected content events and suspend fragment downloads until a valid voucher is obtained.

Add logging support for dropped video frames/audio samples when mixing content for LBA.
Updated HTTPStreamSource class to reset hasErrors flag while seeking.
The HTTPNetStream processing limit is now a constant.

- change to alternate audio track will be done only after the video source is open

Add support for investigating bug FM-1340 (http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FM-1340)
- the HTTPStreamMixer will log a warn message if the video is not starting with a key frame

Additional updates
- minor updates to HTTPNetStream in enhanced seeking section
- updated HTTPStreamingF4FIndexHandler class to refresh the bootstrap on live streams when the seek time is grater than the current known time

- We reset the internal NetStream state using appendBytesAction when alternative tracks become unavailable.
- Added a new event type ( ACTION_NEEDED) in HTTPStreamingEvent to signal that HTTPNetStream needs to be reset
- Updated HDS mixer to dispatch a new event ACTION_NEEDED when the alternative track become unavailable
- Added a couple of new manifest URLs to LateBindingAudioSample.

- Added new property ( hasErrors) to IHTTPStreamSource interface to signal errors while downloading or processing fragments
- Updated HTTPNetStreamMixer to be more resilient when processing tags
- Updated HTTPNetStreamMixer to block onMetaData/onXMPData packets from alternate track (they were altering the total duration of main media)
- Updated HTTPStreamSource to correctly dispatch script data events to signal errors
- Updated HTTPStreamDownloader to correctly signal download errors
- Removed CONSUME_PASSTHROUGH, CONSUME_UNDECIDED, CONSUME_MIXED from HTTPStreamingState enum
- Updated HTTPNetStream to better differentiate between handlers and sources
