Commit [r2200] Maximize Restore History

Small updates to HDS components

- consolidated HDS states [ all HDS classes will use HTTPStreamingState, all other state enumeration classes were removed ]
- updated HTTPNetStream to play media while buffer is between desiredBuffer_Min and desiredBuffer_Max
- updated HTTPStreamingF4FIndexHandler to stop the bootstrap refresh when the HTTPNetStream is closed
