Added 2 new properties for HTTPStreamQoSInfo class : fragmentSize and fragmentDuration.

Make QoS information available for HTTP NetStream.
- downloadRation property is replaced by qosInfo property
- unit/integration tests updated

Add more checks for null in various tests.

Fixed Rolling Window Bug (when absent it was considered 0)

Updated windowDuration to default to -1.
Also, -1 now means that the DVR content is unlimited.

Update HTTPStreamDownloader class to correctly update the downloadBytesCount property.
- the property is updated on progress event and not on complete event

MLM change: OSMF will ignore the following attributes from the stream-level manifest:
bitrate, width, height, type, alternate, label, lang

Fixed Bug FM-1334: DRM does not work when using alternative audio tracks

Updated MLM parsing:
- <media> attributes: @bitrate, @width, @height, @lang, @label, @type, @alternate are only read from the top-level manifest
- <dvrInfo>, <id>, <streamType>, <mimeType> are only read from the top-level manifest
