Created branch for Conviva request.
This was branched from the multi-level-manifest branch and not from the main trunk, because it's related to the F4MLoader, which was affected by MLM.

Fix bug FM-1274 (http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FM-1274)
- updated AlternativeAudio traits to support -1 as switch index
- NetStream.Play.TransitionComplete message contains the url we switch to
- added 3 integration tests for this bug ( LIVE, VOD )
- update all integration tests to remove event listeners on completion

Fix FM-1301 bug ( http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FM-1301 )
- we were trying to close an unconnected URLStream
- added two integration tests (multipleSeek_SwitchBeforePlay and multipleSeek_SwitchAfterPlay)
- updated playLegacyHDSSBRWithLiveDRM tests to account for longer DRM library download
