- added support for Flash Media Manifest version 2.0
- the begin/end offsets are now allowed only in 1.0
- the windowDuration is allowed only in 2.0

Rolling Window branch update:
- parses the windowDuration from the server
- propagates it to the necessary places (where it's used in calculations)
- propagates it to the DVRTrait
