Adding a few manifest test cases

[lba] Adding OSMF API support for late binding
- create new trait AlternativeAudio and its associated event AlternativeAudioEvet
- update LightweightVideoElement to expose the new trait
- update MediaPlayer and MediaPlayerCapabilities
- add a new message (F4M_MEDIA_MISSING) which is thrown when manifest file contains no media or only alternative media
- fix FM1243 bug
- update units tests

- updated Manifest class to support new tags ( label, lang) and alternative items
- updated Media class to support additional attributes ( @lang, @label, @type, @alternate)
- updated MediaParser class to parse the new format
- add MediaItem class to support alternative item information
- update StreamingURLResource to store alterative items without affecting MBR streams
- add initial unit tests for ManifestParser
