Add VAST media file resolver. Centralize supported video MIME types into a framework constants class.

Add support for merging inline and wrapper ads. Currently limited to impressions and tracking events, we'll need to merge companion ads and nonlinear ads once we support them in the playback layer.

Add support and unit tests for parsing VAST documents (inline or wrapper). All elements are covered with the exception of Video.

Extending the prototype to allow for switchable support on playable, pausable, temporal and audible traits from JavaScript. The sample now shows how an HTML element can be temporal - signaling to Flash when it has reached its duration.

Cleaning up JavaScript API by isolating boilerplate code into utility functions, as well as splitting out the definitions over multiple XML constants.
