Update OSMFSettings to fix some unit tests failures
- testSupportOSMFSettings methods

Update videoClasses/VideoSurfaceInfo class
- removed colorSpace property
- changed stageVideoAvailability property to stageVideoInUse
- added public constants SOFTWARE, ACCELERATED, UNAVAILABLE

Update videoClasses/VideoSurface class
- info property returns a new videoClasses/VideoSurfaceInfo objects
- added private renderStatus field to store the current video render status

Update videoClasses/VideoSurfaceManager
- not to use stageVideoAvailability field anymore

Update videoClasses/TestStageVideoManager
- to check stageVideoInUse instead of stageVideoAvailability

Fix bug ST-387 ( http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/ST-387 )
- when we are switching in stage video mode, the legacy video object is removed from stage and nulled. When we switch back in legacy mode, we create a new Video object so we need to reapply the deblocking and smoothing values.
