Update osmf/utils/OSMFSettings.as to integrate feedback
- change the property name from useStageVideo to canUseStageVideo
- change the property name from supportsStageVideo to systemSupportsStageVideo
- update asdoc informations
Update LightweightVideoElement.as to make use of the new properties.
