Add support for strict validation of VAST documents during parsing.

Add parser support for the Video tag. Add unit test for an empty document.

Convert inline strings into constants.

Add enumeration class for VAST resource type attribute.

Add support and unit tests for parsing VAST documents (inline or wrapper). All elements are covered with the exception of Video.

Extending the prototype to allow for switchable support on playable, pausable, temporal and audible traits from JavaScript. The sample now shows how an HTML element can be temporal - signaling to Flash when it has reached its duration.

Cleaning up JavaScript API by isolating boilerplate code into utility functions, as well as splitting out the definitions over multiple XML constants.

Add initial unit tests for VASTParser. Minor changes to parsing code.

Initial put of VAST library plus unit tests into mainline. Current code/tests cover the loading of VAST documents (including wrappers), plus some minimal parsing code and object model classes (enough to validate wrapper loading). More to come soon.

Removing files I moved to another package.
