Fix FM-1099: ExamplePlayer's video hides part of the user controls.

Improved fix for FM-1076, to protect against cases where we get the Buffer.Empty event but NetStream.bufferLength isn't at zero (and never reaches zero).

Fix FM-1076: Reconnect timeout doesn't always work.

Fix bug FM-997, add a bunch of multicast related information with a timer to poll periodically. The polling only happens with logging enabled.

Fix a typo.

Fix FM-1037 - Live streaming skips frames after stream reconnection. Buffer time is now set to 0.1 for live streams.

Fix FM-1033 - RTE when using stream reconnection with pre-3.5.3 server. The fix is to assign the FMS version number as metadata to the resource, so that we can use that further downstream to decide whether to enable stream reconnection. If the version is < 3.5.3, then we don't enable stream reconnection. Added unit tests, which necessitated extending NetMocker with the notion of an expectedFMSVersion.

Updated LoadEvent.bytes description to fix bug FM-988.

1. Fix bug FM-1086, change OSMF version from 1.41 to 1.5
2. Misc code modifications

1. Remove two unused message code from MediaErrorCodes.as
2. Fix bug FM-1041, extend timeout from 15 seconds to 60 seconds for multicast.
