Minor refactoring of fix for FM-1069, courtesy of EyeWonder.

Mark undocumented method with @private.

Prevent asynchronous loads that are immediately followed by unloads from being processed. The unload operation should terminate the load (or at least cause the load to not be processed). Addresses a case discovered in the SMP YouTube plugin. Added unit tests, which uncovered a similar issue in SoundLoader (now fixed).

Fix FM-1069: VAST lacks support for inline video clickthrough tag.

Add comments on example in Example Player (FM-1044).

Remove the path to FlexUnit.swc since it is not needed to build netmocker.

Switch to target Flash Player 10.1

Fix compile error in logging snippet.

Fix FM-1049: OSMFAIRTest compile errors. OSMFAIRTest (& OSMFIntegrationTest) now default to 10.1, and to AIR 2.0. To run this on AIR 1.5, you need to make sure you're using a compatible SDK and a compatible set of FLASH_10_1 flags.
