Cleaning up JavaScript API by isolating boilerplate code into utility functions, as well as splitting out the definitions over multiple XML constants.

Add initial unit tests for VASTParser. Minor changes to parsing code.

Initial put of VAST library plus unit tests into mainline. Current code/tests cover the loading of VAST documents (including wrappers), plus some minimal parsing code and object model classes (enough to validate wrapper loading). More to come soon.

Removing files I moved to another package.

Work to support MAST events and some package refactoring.

Committing HTML prototype progress. Includes renaming of 'region' to 'gateway'. Solving circular dependency by having a marker IMediaGateway, and a derived IContainerGateway interface.

Finalized video resources for DynStreaming PII sample app.

Another tweak to logging output format.

Tweak format of log messages to more closely mirror Flex's logging format.

Fix ASDoc comments.
