OSMF SVN

Convert all project files from FB3 format to FB4 format. Flash Builder 4 is now the default supported IDE for OSMF. Prior to this submission, FB3 was the default supported IDE. FB3-compatible project files can be retrieved from SVN's history, or regenerated by FB3. Also eliminated some compiler warnings that show up under FB4's compiler.

Update project files for sample apps.

PARB changes: renaming gateways to containers, renaming RegionGateway to MediaContainer, renaming HTMLGateway to HTMLMediaContainer. Renaming samples, and updating code and unit tests accordingly.
