Add tests to fixes for FM-964, FM-992 and FM-986

1. Add comments to the fixes in CompositeTimeTrait.as and FMSURL.as
2. Remove unnecessary code from FMSURL.as
3. Add checks for additional streamName prefix, mp3 and id3 for FMSURL.as
4. Add unit tests for FMSURL.as fixes.

Fix a compilation error by placing a log statement within a conditional build block.

Implemented the timeout for the stream reconnect.

Edited ASDoc comments.

Adjust fix for FM-973, to make check for path-less URLs (e.g. "rtmfp:") generic. Add unit tests.

Restore unit test application to (manual) runnable state.

make loading of the configuration xml part of the process.
