Fix ASDoc comments.

Updates to code coverage and testing for DynStreaming Phase 2

Integrate HTTPLoader into framework (groundwork for VAST). Include unit and integration tests.

Added new compositions to Dynamic Streaming App.

Latest updates to the Dynamic Streaming sample app , and a few bug fixes.

Replace the trace statements in the dynamic streaming with the logging framework APIs.

Add CONFIG:LOGGING to mediaframeworkairtest

Extending prototype. Includes moving 'region' onto MediaElement. Currently takes a duplicate approach on the direction that traits take: Loadable goes outside-in (pretending JS is the Element) whereas playable and pausible go inside-out (allowing JS to play and pause the composition that they are part of). The sample demo's the latter: clicking the HTML banner will play/pause the video (or the entire composition, rather).

1. Change logging framework unit tests such that they can pass with value of CONFIG:LOGGING being either true or false
2. Add IDisposable interface and a concrete implementation of the interface on CompositeMediaTraitBase

Updated Switchable unit tests.
