Code change to the fix for FM-934

Fix bug FM-934 and add a corresponding unit test. DVRCastNetLoader does not only checks streamType but also checks corresponding metadata under keys of DVRCastConstants.RECORDING_INFO_KEY and DVRCastConstants.STREAM_INFO_KEY

Adding additional fix to bug FM-925. We need to rip off the parameters from oldStreamName. Otherwise play2 will not work correctly.

Zeri Certification Program related code submission, adding more logging messages to OSMF framework

Initial code check-in for the Zeri Certification program

This code change is a result of solving a customer issue, which is OSMF player stutters initially when playing live contents. The solution is to increase the bufferTime to 4 seconds for http streaming live contents.

Fix bug FM-796

Fix bug FM-853.

The fix is different from what is described in the report. Instead of changing the behavior of MediaPlayer, I decided to change when HTTPNetStream dispatches the play event such that it conforms to the behavior of regular NetStream.

During the course, I ran into an issue with OSMF integration test regarding the tests for http streaming. I have tried a few things but the problem persistent. Please refer to the comments in OSMFIntegrationTests for detail. In a gist, I decide to comment out the tests that causes the failure, check in the fix and revisit the issue at a later time.
