Converted classes and project files to work in flex 3.5

Removed commented-out code. Increased default timeout length to account for potential latency.

Re-added LOGGING=true to as props.

Uncommented streamType from tests.

Only update current time if not buffering. Addresses FM-912.

Show tooltips for examples in ExamplePlayer. Auto-expand first node in tree.

Fix bug FM-926: No bytesLoadedChange events fire for images/SWFs until the media is fully loaded.

Commit NonResizingProxyExample to ExamplePlayer codebase. Not currently used by the sample app, but I want to commit to the repository so that we don't lose it. Proved useful for working around issues with invalid metadata for a particular customer.

Reorder examples in ExamplePlayer. Fix some example descriptions and titles. Fix RTE with recommendations bumper.
