Fix FM-900: Add readme for OSMFAIRTest, to document that it doesn't compile with FLASH_10_1 set to true (due to absence of SystemUpdater).

Created tag 1.0rc3.

Add/update readme files.

Fix a few issues with comments within our ASDoc code samples.

Removing copyright headers from examples (for I take it we don't want them to show with the ASDocs).

Adding reference to ASDoc example.

Adding ASDoc references to newly added examples.

Adding DefaultMediaFactory, and MediaFactory examples.

Finished commenting task.

HTML code in wrapper, due to issues with IE.
