Merged Default durations example with Serial examples. Added HTML Region example

Added HTML support for a Banner Region.

A and B priority Example player improvements.

Created tag 1.0rc2.

Over 90% code coverage for Manifaest parser

Update @includeExample to add symbolic "examples" relative path (that is expanded by the build process).
Also added -noswf option as we are not compiling the example into a swf for the asdocs.

Remove examples tree so that examples can be added to correct location for the build setup:

Move integration test into integration test project. Add a couple of additional integration tests for HTTP streaming (subclips and enhanced seek).
