Fix FM-598: SMIL plugin ignores switch in seq tags.

Fixing 'autoHideControlBar' FlashVar being ignored.

FM-9 note update format

Fix extensibility of NetLoader related to supporting additional protocols (future proofing). The problem was that NetLoader.executeLoad assumed that the load would get added to its internal pending load list, but subclasses won't have access to this. The fix is to not assume this, and rely on the subclass to manage the event flow from the NetConnectionFactory.

Extending unit tests.

FM-9 fix (point to streaming URL format info)

Setting TestCompositeDisplayObjectTrait to be run with unit tests again (it was removed). Updating custom layout renderer loading logic in CompositeDisplayObjectTrait (this was left TODO after the metadata refactoring).
