Rename VASTAdInline to VASTInlineAd. Fix cardinality of VASTVideo (one, not N).

Fix bug where next child of SerialElement doesn't play if the previous child's triggered a NetStream.Play.Stop (indicating completion), but its position is less than the duration (perhaps due to improper encoding/keyframes).

Make VASTParser stateless.

Fix typo.

Move HTTP classes into framework.

More VAST prototype work: add support for Impression, TrackingEvent, and (not yet functional) VideoClick. Add some useful base classes to framework. Integrate examples into ExamplePlayer.

2. in the case of CONFIG::LOGGING is true, use TraceLoggerFactory as the default logger factory if no logger factory has been specified when getLogger is called on the Log class.
