Partial fix #2 for FM-719. This fix ensures that when seeking in and out of the child of a parallel element, that the play state is updated according to the play state of the composition. For example, if there are two parallel children of duration 10 and 20 seconds, and the parallel element is playing, and you seek from 15 to 5, then the shorter child should resume playback. (And similar for when paused.) Bug detected when verifying the (soon to be checked in) fix for FM-719, and seeking in and out of the section of video where the image should be displayed. Added unit tests for these cases as well.

Partial fix for FM-719. This commit fixes two specific issues:
1) Composite time trait children with NaN properties not propagating to the parent as NaN.
2) Serial seek trait's canSeekTo inappropriate returning false for canSeekTo(duration) and true when attempting to seek past an unseekable child.

Both issues discovered while testing the (soon to be checked in) fix for FM-719, based on the test case of a SerialElement with multiple DurationElements in parallel with a VideoElement (soon to be added to ExamplePlayer).

Fix typo in OSMFPlayer config file. Comment debug widgets out, they shouldn't show by default.

Add link to "see also" MediaPlayerState class

Better coding style and some comments for the previous code submission.

Fix a bug with OSMF Player that prevents it from playback http streaming VOD contents.

Fix FM-736: Switching ProxyElement example doesn't unload correctly.

Prevent seeking in example that uses default duration.
