Fix for issue where there is no offlineLeaseStartDate (but still should attempt to play).

Add error string for when PlayTrait.pause is invoked and canPause is false.

Add TraceNetLoader to ExamplePlayer, to simplify tracing NetStatusEvents for various examples.

Fix bug where progressive audio wouldn't loop. Updated progressive audio unit tests (which are still disabled due to build machine issues, but which do actually run and should be run from time to time).

Clean up comment.

Fixing FM-677: changing fps meter's postfix to " Flash frames/sec.";

Fix FM-620: Looping with SerialElement containing DurationElements would fail, due to the seekingChange event being dispatched too early. Added unit test to catch this.
