Fixing FM-692. Changing DVRCast information to travel over the media resource rather than a custom net connection. Updating client classes and unit tests.

Fixing FM-677: changing fps meter's postfix to " Flash frames/sec.";

Fix FM-620: Looping with SerialElement containing DurationElements would fail, due to the seekingChange event being dispatched too early. Added unit test to catch this.

Fix bug Fm-604, FM-691 and FM-680.

Fix bug FM-686: When autoPlay and autoRewind are true, SerialElements may loop on completion. Added unit test to verify the correct behavior for all media types.

Consolidate version parsing code. Fix bug in treatment of single digit minor version numbers. Add a bunch of unit tests for version comparisons. Update version to 0.95.

Updated transitions to work with Images (specifically w/ a duration element), and a serial element.

SerialElement's resource property should reflect the resource of the current child. Fix, and add unit test.

Making sure error details are not shown ("null") when null.
