Fixing build: unit tests expect the seek to complete over a timer. Adding this behavior on signaling the seek completion event from the newly added path.

Fix for FM-475. When play is invoked on a netstream while it is seeking, the expected notification event for the seek completing will not be fired. Adding code to signal the event manually on detecting play being invoked.

Fixing disabled scrubber face attribute parsing error.

1) Turned logging off in several of my projects.
2) Fixed a problem in the dynamic streaming sample where the seek bar was not appearing.
3) Fixed a minor typo in the cue point sample.
4) Fixed a few integration tests that were failing due to the HTTPLoader now accepting relative paths.

Modify MAST plugin's canHandleResource method to only return true if the MAST metadata is set. This allows an app to load the MAST plugin, but still play videos that don't have the MAST metadata.

FM-300. Changed MediaPLayer's default size from 0 to NaN, concsistent with the default trait's size, and fixes FM-300.

Updated unit test for MediaPlayers new default width/height. FM-300.

Fixed a problem where the SMIL plugin was ignoring any metadata on the resource when it created a new resource for rtmp dynamic streaming. This was preventing media from playing when both the MAST plugin and the SMIL plugin were loaded.
