Importing two pieces of epic work into ExamplePlayer (pre, mid and post roll sample that shows the time/seek trait for the main content only, and a simple recommendations bumper).

Fix bug FM-621: SerialElement dispatches READY event twice. Fix inconsistency between MediaPlayer.stop implementation and ASDoc (i.e. the method should always rewind). Temporarily disable DurationElement test, needs some investigation as to why it behaves so different from the other MediaElement-in-MediaPlayer tests.

1. Ensure that fragment ID will not exceed the total number of fragments as indicated by the segment run table.
2. Fix bug FM-574, FM-586 and FM-614

Remove unused import statement.

Fix typo.

Add some comments around version numbers.

Add logging statements for plugin load failures. Remove unnecessary condition for local players loading remote plugins (which will never work).

Code review feedback, MPS and MP event generation.

Change some DVR access specifiers (but keep classes non-public in the ASDocs). Fix typo in method name.

Minor ASDoc change. Add some subclip unit tests.
