PARB changes: Rename BasicVideoElement to LightweightVideoElement.

Revert currentChildIndex changes, expose currentChild instead. Turns out it's trivial to get from currentChild to the index (CompositeElement.getChildIndex), and the API review board felt that currentChild is clearer and more useful.

Implement a better http streaming unit testing structure.

Fix for FM-447 : Adding CuePoint in TemporalFacet event listeners doesn't work

Add logging statements for port-protocol negotiation.
