Fix 10.1 compile errors. Integration tests still don't run in 10.1 though.

Fix 10.1 unit test compile errors. Remove unused constants.

Change SerialElement's currentChild to currentChildIndex. The latter is more flexible, particularly for finding the next or previous child.

Some ASDoc fixes. Fix broken syndication unit test.

Updated ASDocs for MediaPlayerSpriteSample.

Minor ASDoc change to MPS.

More updates to logging API:
- Convert interfaces to classes.
- Ensure we're using fully qualified path names for logger categories.
- Fix unit tests.

Updated NetLoader and VideoElement ASDocs to include information about FMTA support.

Updating to work with the latest logging API changes.
