OSMF SVN

Setting up OSMF player to sport FPS and memory meters (instantly removable via configuration.xml).

Adding frames per second and memory usage meter widgets to the library (for performance testing).

Fix bug FM-468: Initial and max indices not being respected for RTMP MBR.

Refactor sample to use MediaPlayer rather than traits. Fix typo in another example.

Ensure BasicVideoElement's loader doesn't take precedence over the subclass's loader.
