Introduce BasicVideoElement, lightweight alternative to VideoElement. The former supports progressive and basic RTMP streaming, the latter also supports MBR RTMP streaming as well as HTTP streaming.

FM-581. Some content had vouhcerStartDate and EndDate null, if DRM was loaded inline. The DRMServices class was forcing a vouchcer refresh, event though the content was playing.

Adding a FLASH_10_1 getter to Version, that returns the value of the FLASH_10_1 configuration constant. OSMFPlayer uses this value in order to reflect the setting in its context menu item (optionally).
