Adding a sample that demo's using nested Regions.

Initial commit of top-down/bottom-up layout renderer approach. Updating and extending unit tests.

Make resolver a generator constructor param, as it's unlikely to change.

Revert previous change, the resolver actually is specific to the generator class, and not strictly germane to the model classes.

Move resolver classes to model package, since they're primarily focused on working with the model objects (and not integrating with the framework).

Modify resolver to return MediaElement, not index. Update some comments. Remove unused TextElement.
