Fixing anchoring 'right' and 'bottom' properties not being applied on items that don't have a width/height and position set.

Reorganize metadata listeners in sample.

Various metadata and composition bug fixes:
- Bubble metadata events up through CompositeElements.
- Change default synthesizer's behavior in parallel to return the first child metadata (regardless of whether multiple children have metadata in that namespace). Although a proper synthesizer is needed in this case, if none is provided it's better to return something than nothing.
- Add some guards around the parallel MBR trait, so that it doesn't RTE when it's the last one removed.
- Reenable some parallel unit tests that had been commented out.

Fix FM-333: Expose protected getter for currentChild (and notifying method) on SerialElement. Fix bug in SerialElement related to the listenedChildIndex not being updated correctly when children are dynamically removed.

Reenable disabled SerialElement tests.

Fix FM-578: RTE in Switching ProxyElement example.

Fix bug FM-549: No error generated when specified stream name is invalid. Fix involved changing the default StreamType of StreamingURLResource from LIVE_OR_RECORDED to LIVE.

bytesTotal and bytesLoaded weren't being dispatched when the media was unloaded.

Fix bug FM-537: RTE when passing CuePoints that are typed as Object.

Fix for 279 - Iphone recorded videos don't work because the metadata is wrong. The framework now detects if the video size is different than the Metadata size.
