Enabling Test now that it's been fixed.

Fixed error that occured in MediaPlayerVideoElement test.

1. Fix bug FM-571
2. A minor fix of DVRStreamInfoEvent.as

Temporarily disable TestMediaPlayerWithVideoElement

Event generation for audio events when audio isn't set. Extra checks to not dispatch when trait matches media player default.

Testing the build system.

Intentionally break the build to see whether an alerting email will send.

Fix bug where canPause was not set to false for live streams.

Fix log statements.

Fix some logging compile errors.
