Fix log statements.

Fix some logging compile errors.

Remove obsolete logger references. Move all log statements into conditional blocks.

Temporarily disable http streaming related tests to have integration build back online.

Fix bug where setting a resource a second time on a VideoElement caused an RTE due to the loadStateChange event listener being unregistered too soon.

Removing unused constant, and fixing typo in comments.

Auto stop once element is removed. Added as part of Omniture beta feedback.

Fixed proxied elements not getting container change events. Fixed NPE encountered when testing surrounding null proxiedElements.

Strip out unused constants.

Decouple MetadataGroup from synthesizer API, MetadataGroup should only be linked in when a composite element is used.
