Commit some proxy fixes related to the use of blocked traits. Update unit tests.

Updated ASDocs to relfect the fact that the duration element doesn't work with media elements that already have a time trait.

Updated example player to handle the new swf loading fix.

Fixed loading of crossdomain content through the loader.

AIR test fails on TestDVRCastNetStream, temporarily disable the test to get the nightly build going. Will fix the test soon.

Gave a default width and height to the UIComponent. FM-484

Added event listeners to the updater, before the update is called.

DVR: fully removing 'lastRecordedTime' (previously toggled to @private). Updating ChromeLib live and record button accordingly (now manually calculating the live time from the time trait's duration).

Integrate with latest API changes.

PARB changes: Move mediaElementNotificationFunction from MediaFactoryItem to PluginInfo. Modify MediaFactory (via PluginManager) to invoke the notification function for each MediaElement that the MediaFactory creates, independent of creation order. Update unit tests.
