PARB changes: Remove reason property from switching rules and dynamic streaming trait. Should be exposed via logging statements.

PARB changes: Add LayoutMetadata to MediaContainer constructor for parity with base class. Various ASDoc updates.

Reinstate ugly workaround for our build system's handling of projects that have only one source file.

Remove MediaPlayerWrapper sample, it has been replaced by the MediaContainerUIComponent sample. See ExamplePlayer or DynamicStreamingSample for examples of how to use MediaContainerUIComponent. See HelloWorld for examples of how to use MediaContainer in a barebones app.

PARB changes: Remove MediaPlayerSprite, MediaContainer is now the sanctioned way to place media on the stage. Move ScaleMode to layout package. Add MediaContainerUIComponent sample project to show how to use MediaContainer in Flex applications. This will replace the soon-to-be-defunct MediaPlayerWrapper project. Integrate sample apps with the API changes. Note that HelloWorld has been updated to use MediaContainer rather than MediaPlayerSprite, and is the best resource for seeing how to integrate a MediaContainer into an OSMF app.

Changes to the syndication library after the code review.

PARB changes: Mark some APIs as @private (logging and error codes). They're not critical to expose right now, we'll review them, lock them down, and expose them publicly in time for 1.0.

PARB changes: Rename LayoutRendererProperties to LayouMetadata, base it off of the new metadata APIs. Adjust ILayoutTarget to expose a getter for a LayoutMetadata, and LayoutTargetSprite to accept one in its constructor. Apply corresponding changes to unit tests and samples.

Add stream metadata support by extracting the actual metadata object from the binary data stream.
Fix bug 466

Removing the bin folder from the Syndication library. Committed this earlier by mistake.
