FM-225, FM-431. The audiodelay is now detected via metadata and taken into account for seeks and time queries.

Fix for 452. MEdiaPlayer state changes varied slightly from one media element to another.

DVR: removing isRecordingChange metadata event tag from MediaPlayer (its on its base class already) and adding hasDVR metadata event tag.

Removed Auth method enumeration, PARB change.

PARB changes: Completely decouple layout API from metadata. Remove IMetadataProvider. Modify LayoutRendererProperties constructor take either a MediaElement or an ILayoutTarget.

More PARB related DRM changes.

PARB changes: Remove metadata from MediaContainer and LayoutTargetSprite constructors. Instead, metadata is set on LayoutTargetSprite via a non-public setter used by the framework. Update a bunch of ASDocs, make some enum classes final, remove elementIDs from sample apps (since they rely on metadata, and we want to keep samples focused on the public API).

Updated DRMState constant names

Modify the MASTSample project to use the new constants for the metadata namespace in the MASTPluginInfo class.

Modify MAST plugin integration test to use the new metadata constants in the MASTPluginInfo class.
