Step 3. Removed Listener Proxy Element.

DVR: committing unit test progress, minor implementation updates.

Step 2 in removing ListenerProxyElement. Remove units tests, plugin dependencies, and sample app usage.

Moved constants for namespace (also added a version number to the namespace) and the metadata key to the MASTPluginInfo class so these constants can be used from player code.

PARB changes: Update ILayoutTarget ASDocs to remove references to LayoutRenderer.
