Fix some whitespace issues.

Fix sizing problems for base HelloWorld app. Add comments.

Fixing video width and height getting reset when there's no true dimensional change reported by 'onMetaData'.

Updating docs, fixing typo.

Commit simple OSMF app, with three variations:
1) Play a video
2) Play a video, with correct scaling of SWF and content
3) Play a sequence of media, with correct scaling of SWF and content

Fixing VideoElement spatial reported width and height not matching the its view true width and height. Updating unit tests accordingly. Respecting the Video's default initial size setting of 320x240.

Apply fixes after running FlexPMD on OSMF source:
- add missing copyright headers
- add missing clone methods
- remove unnecessary constructor return types
- remove unnecessary imports

Update license header

Adding Layout example that shows the effect of metadata attributes being changed by a timer. Extending Example with a dispose function, so I can clean up the used timer on the user switching to another sample.

Adding a style sheet, adding a backdrop to the examples list, adding icons to play and pause icons. Setting theme color to red.
