Add a few more @privates.

Change ManifestParser to pick up stream metadata and xmp metadata.

Remove obsolete sample apps. They've been archived, in case we ever need to revive them.

Fixed bug where regular non-http streaming manifest was getting bootstrap info. Updated unit tests to check for this condition.

First check in to support stream metadata in http streaming.

PARB changes: Refactor NetLoader/NetConnectionFactory relationship. Lots of minor changes, but the major one is to introduce NetConnectionFactoryBase as a subclass of NetConnectionFactory. This simplifies the work needed to inject a live NetConnection into a NetLoader.

Updated Akamai plugin, unit tests, and sample apps accordingly.

Fix failure in captioning integration test caused by ILoadedContext refactoring.

Made clipping true by default. Fixes bug where the Zoom scale mode was drawing the video outside of the container bounds.
