Adding a style sheet, adding a backdrop to the examples list, adding icons to play and pause icons. Setting theme color to red.

Initial put of VAST/MAST prototype:
- VAST plugin with dummy data.
- MAST plugin with dummy data.
- Integration with FactoryPlayer, new sample app for MediaFactory-based instantiation of media.
- Integration with ExamplePlayer, for inline creation of the MASTProxyElement.
- One framework change: expose currentChildIndex on SerialElement, so that the MAST plugin can insert the VAST-based media into the right place in the sequence.

Created branch briggs-prototype.

Add example of a preloaded SerialElement. Adjust colors.

Isolating static 'callLater' functionality to LayoutRendererBase.

Adding ObjectFacet, and changing RegionTargetFacet and LayoutRendererFacet to derive from it.

Adding a 'setAnchorLayout' utility method, that helps applying a AnchorLayoutFacet to a metadata instance.

Fixing bug on processing 'right' and 'bottom' anchors.

Fixing script time-out: adding a rendering flag to prevent the recursive invocation of preRender.

Add example for a preloaded SerialElement. Disable autoRewind. Fix bug in display of durations across tests.
