Fixing compile error in NetMocker, Metrics provider changed in the OSMF project.

Checking in Subclip work in order to be able to work on bugs. This code has been tested, and includes some unit testing. More unit testing to follow.

Fixed bug where canSeekTo(0) wasn't checked before the auto rewind code in play was called. Fixed 347.

Fixed bug where the timeOffset wasn't calculated for streaming content - this has now been generalized. This fixes an issue where the complete duration != currentTime when complete is fired.

Integrate with API change.

[dvr proto] reinstating VideoElement clause that instantiates a DVRCast trait.
