Hide trait resolvers from the public API. We may make them public later, but for now they'll be an implementation detail.

Remove obsolete file.

Minor ASDoc adjustments.

Remove VAST refs from build files.

Add missing imports.

Fix some stray references to TemporaProxyElement and the old package structure.

PARB changes: Rename TemporalProxyElement to DurationElement.

Update import statements to match new package structure.

PARB changes: Move all MediaElement subclasses into the "elements" package. Put internal classes into non-public subfolders (e.g. audioClasses). Update unit tests and sample apps. Remove VAST unit tests from OSMFTest, we should integrate VASTTest into the build system.

Match the FMS behavior where seek-after-end is supported.
