Adding ObjectFacet, and changing RegionTargetFacet and LayoutRendererFacet to derive from it.

Adding a 'setAnchorLayout' utility method, that helps applying a AnchorLayoutFacet to a metadata instance.

Fixing bug on processing 'right' and 'bottom' anchors.

Fixing script time-out: adding a rendering flag to prevent the recursive invocation of preRender.

Add example for a preloaded SerialElement. Disable autoRewind. Fix bug in display of durations across tests.

Fix a bug where a NaN duration in a SerialElement would overwrite the previous duration. Fixing this exposed another bug in which a composite seekable trait would generate an RTE if all children had a duration of NaN, also fixed in this changelist.

Extending the Regions sample:

- Sporting an additional sky-scraper banner.
- Moving the main content into a region, which eliminates the need to use MediaElementSprite, for all visuals now get routed into regions
- Adding some limited interactivity, testing run-time region target re-assignment.

Adding a number of static utilities:

- setRelativeLayout, for setting relative layout parameters without having to deal with a RelativeLayoutFacet directly.
- setScaleMode, for setting scale- and alignment properties without having to deal with a LayoutAttributesFacet directly.
- setRegionTarget, for setting region target parameters without having to deal with RegionTargetFacet directly.

Example Code template for asdocs - just a few packages for now, more to be added later.
